Who is multilingual office software for?
Freelancers and small teams in Germany who want to manage quotes, invoices, payments, documents or field-service scheduling in a language they know well.

12 languages and MIRA
Motorica keeps the interface language, business documents and explanations separate: your team can work in several languages while invoice data and mandatory German details stay under control.

Motorica is multilingual office software for freelancers and small teams in Germany. Each person can use the interface in a supported language, while invoices, payments, accounting documents and letters from authorities are handled according to German business processes.

Multilingual support is mainly about usability and understanding. Mandatory invoice details, tax rates, deadlines and official requirements still follow German rules. Motorica helps people work through those processes in the language they know best, without replacing the German original or your responsibility to check it.

The Motorica interface is available in twelve languages. Each user can choose the language that fits their work, so a multilingual team does not have to settle on one office language.

Company data is managed centrally, while users can work in their preferred language. Roles and permissions still determine who may view or edit invoices, bank data, employee records and tax-related areas.

Changing the interface language does not automatically change the language or legal effect of a customer document. Motorica keeps customer data, product or service line items, prices and tax data structured. Before sending a document, check which language the customer expects and which mandatory German details must be included.

In cleaning companies, trades and service teams, office staff and mobile employees often have different language skills. Motorica connects customers, field-service locations, calendars, employees and absences so information is not lost in private chats or separate spreadsheets.

MIRA can analyse German invoices, accounting documents, receipts and letters from authorities and explain their content in the selected language. It highlights important details, amounts and deadlines. The explanation is not a certified translation and does not constitute binding tax or legal advice.
A multilingual interface does not mean every email, quote or invoice is automatically translated in a legally reliable way. Standard text can be prepared, but individual service descriptions, payment terms and legally relevant statements should be reviewed before they are sent.
Unpaid invoices, input tax, the German VAT advance return (UStVA) and the German income surplus statement (EÜR) are technical terms with specific meanings. Motorica can provide a multilingual interface and explanations, but the correct tax treatment cannot be determined by language alone.
Multilingual teams do not automatically need access to all data. Roles, sensitive documents and retention rules must be managed separately from language settings. Existing customer data, invoice data and product or service line items can be migrated from suitable export files after review; field names and free text should be checked in advance.
Motorica helps people use the software and understand content, but it does not replace certified translation, interpreting, tax advice or legal advice. It fits small teams that want to handle German office processes reliably. Complex international tax cases and legally binding contract translations require specialists.
