Invoice software in 12 languages

Write invoices—in the language you work in confidently

Run your business in Germany without constantly translating menus and technical terms. Manage quotations, invoices, receipts, payments and other office tasks in one of twelve languages. Every user selects their own language.

You manage everyday life in German well. But when terms such as service date, VAT, due date, cancellation, input tax or a letter from an authority appear, every word takes extra time—and can make you less certain that you understood the next step correctly. Motorica is integrated office software for self-employed professionals and small businesses in Germany. You can manage quotations, invoices, receipts, payments and other office tasks in German, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Ukrainian, English, Romanian, Italian, Croatian, French or Spanish. Each user in a team can choose their preferred language, while customer and company data, roles and permissions remain shared. Important: the interface language does not automatically translate your invoice. Customer texts and custom service descriptions remain the content you enter and review before sending. This gives you familiar menus while keeping your German office processes controlled and transparent. For incoming German documents, MIRA helps explain amounts, deadlines and required steps more clearly in your language.

Write invoices—not translations of technical terms

A quotation is ready, but the invoice status contains a term you first need to look up. Then come the payment term, service date and cancellation. These interruptions waste time and make simple decisions unnecessarily uncertain. With Motorica, you use invoice software in a language you understand confidently and focus on the customer, service and payment.

  • Create quotations without guesswork
  • Understand invoice statuses faster
  • Keep track of payment terms and due dates
  • Avoid errors caused by misunderstood terms

Use Motorica in twelve languages

The interface is available in German, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Ukrainian, English, Romanian, Italian, Croatian, French and Spanish. This gives you invoice software in Turkish or Arabic, as well as Polish and nine other languages. This refers to menus, forms and guidance in the software—not automatic blanket translation of every customer document.

Every user works in their own language

Not everyone in a company has to select the same language. The office can use Motorica in German while one colleague uses Turkish and another uses Polish. Everyone works with the same company and customer data. Roles and permissions remain centrally managed, keeping language and access as separate settings.

  • Select the interface language per user
  • Use shared customer and company data
  • Manage roles and permissions centrally
  • Enable office and mobile teams to work together

Create German invoices with a familiar interface

Yes: you can use Motorica in Turkish or Arabic and still create an invoice for your company in Germany. The interface language helps you operate the software; the invoice contains the customer, service, price and tax details you maintain. Check which mandatory information and wording are required in each case independently of the selected language.

From quotation to incoming payment

You create the customer once and prepare a quotation with services, quantities and prices. When the customer accepts it, you reuse the existing data in an invoice. You then generate the PDF, send it by email and track whether the invoice is outstanding or paid. If needed, continue with payment matching, a payment reminder or an overdue notice.

  • Enter customer data once
  • Convert an accepted quotation into an invoice
  • Send the invoice as a PDF by email
  • Distinguish outstanding and paid invoices
  • Continue with payment matching and overdue notices

What is not translated automatically

Changing the language in Motorica does not automatically alter your custom customer texts. This matters because a service description, payment term or contractual statement must fit your order. You decide which language to use and review legally or tax-relevant wording before sending. For contracts or binding translations, consult a qualified professional when needed.

  • No automatic translation of every invoice
  • Custom service descriptions remain your entries
  • Review legally relevant texts before sending
  • Have contracts and binding translations checked professionally

MIRA explains German documents in your language

You receive a letter from the tax office or another authority and upload it to MIRA. MIRA analyses the recognised content, highlights the sender, amount, deadline and required action, and explains the letter more clearly in your selected language. You still review the original. The explanation is not a certified translation and does not replace tax or legal advice.

  • Summarise official letters more clearly
  • Highlight deadlines, amounts and required steps
  • Analyse invoices and receipts
  • Continue to review the original document
  • Learn about MIRA and its limits

Multilingual teams without isolated systems

In a cleaning company, the office schedules appointments in German while mobile employees prefer Turkish, Arabic or Croatian. Motorica keeps customers, service locations, employees and appointments in one shared workspace. Changes no longer remain only in private chats or individual spreadsheets, and every authorised person works with the same current information.

More than invoice software

Motorica is not a standalone translation tool. Quotations, invoices, customers, items, receipts, payments, employees and field-service jobs work together in one office system. MIRA complements these workflows when an incoming document needs explaining. XRechnung is available as XML output for electronic invoices.

  • Quotations, invoices, customers and items
  • Receipts, documents and MIRA explanations
  • Payment matching and outstanding receivables
  • Employees and field-service scheduling
  • XRechnung as XML output

Who Motorica is—and is not—for

Motorica suits founders, self-employed professionals and small teams in Germany who want to manage invoices and office administration in a familiar language. It is especially useful for cleaning, trade and service businesses with several working languages. If you need certified translations, international tax advice, complex corporate accounting or specialist industry billing, you will need additional experts or another specialised solution.

  • Suitable for founders and self-employed professionals in Germany
  • Suitable for small multilingual teams
  • Suitable for cleaning, trade and service businesses
  • Not sufficient for certified translations or international tax advice
  • Not designed for complex corporate accounting or specialist industry billing

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about multilingual invoice software

Can I use Motorica in Turkish?

Yes. You can set the Motorica interface to Turkish and manage customers, quotations, invoices, receipts and payments, among other tasks. Your company data remains the same. The distinction is important: Turkish menus do not automatically translate an invoice or custom service description into Turkish.

Can I use Motorica in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is one of the twelve supported interface languages and right-to-left reading direction is taken into account. You can use Motorica in a browser. Still, test your most important workflows, tables and documents in the demo account on the device you will use in your business.

Which languages does Motorica support?

Motorica supports twelve interface languages: German, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Ukrainian, English, Romanian, Italian, Croatian, French and Spanish. This selection controls how you use the software. The language in which a customer document is created is a separate matter.

Can every employee choose their own language?

Yes. Language is selected per user. One person in the office can work in German while other team members use Turkish, Arabic or Polish, for example. Customer and company data is shared; roles and permissions continue to determine who can view or edit each area.

Can I use the interface in Turkish and write a German invoice?

Yes. The interface language and invoice content are separate. You can use menus and forms in Turkish while maintaining the customer, service, price and tax details required for a German invoice. Always check mandatory information and wording for the recipient and tax case.

Are my invoices translated automatically?

No. Changing the interface language does not automatically translate custom service descriptions, payment terms or other customer texts you entered. This prevents important business texts from changing unnoticed. You choose the document language and have legally relevant or binding translations reviewed professionally when needed.

Can I write invoices directly in another language?

You can enter custom texts and service descriptions in the required language. Whether an invoice can be issued entirely in that language depends on mandatory information, recipient requirements and the tax case. German tax authorities may request a translation of foreign-language documents. This is not individual legal or tax advice.

Are German mandatory details retained with another interface language?

The interface language does not automatically change the invoice data you maintain. Details such as sender, recipient, invoice number, invoice and service dates, service, amount and tax notices are managed independently. You or your tax adviser must still check whether all details are correct and complete in the specific case.

Can MIRA explain a letter from the tax office in my language?

Yes. You can upload a letter and have MIRA explain the recognised content more clearly in your selected language. It can highlight the sender, amounts, deadlines and required steps. Always review the original German letter and seek professional advice if tax or legal consequences are unclear.

Is MIRA’s explanation an official translation?

No. A MIRA explanation is an aid to understanding, not a certified or legally binding translation. It also does not replace tax advice, legal advice or a professional review of the individual case. Official procedures, contracts or other binding purposes may require a qualified translation or advice.

Is Motorica suitable for multilingual cleaning or trade businesses?

Yes, especially when the office, mobile employees and service locations need to be organised together. Motorica connects customers, locations, employees, appointments, quotations, invoices and documents. Users can select different interface languages while roles and shared company data remain central.

Can I convert quotations into invoices?

Yes. An accepted quotation can be converted into an invoice in Motorica. Customer, line-item and price data is reused so you do not need to enter it again. Before sending, review the service date, invoice date, tax details and final wording, among other information.

Does Motorica support XRechnung?

Yes. Motorica can output XRechnung invoices as structured XML files. The required company, customer and invoice data must be complete. Motorica creates ZUGFeRD invoices directly from the maintained invoice data as a hybrid PDF with embedded XML.

Can I also use Motorica on a smartphone?

Motorica is browser-based and its interface is designed for mobile use. You can therefore access your account on a smartphone and complete suitable tasks on the go. A larger screen may be more comfortable for long invoices or extensive settings. Test your most important workflow on your own device.

Can I change my language later?

Yes. You can change the preferred language in your user profile later. This changes your interface; shared company, customer and invoice data remains intact. Other users can continue working in their own language. Previously entered custom customer texts are not translated automatically.

Does Motorica replace a tax adviser or translator?

No. Motorica supports office workflows, while MIRA helps you understand documents more clearly. The software does not replace tax or legal advice or a certified translation. For unclear tax cases, contracts, official procedures or binding translations, consult the appropriate qualified professional.
